ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Jakob Wallner, and I’m the founder of Double-ues.
Growing up with a sporty Family, I spent all my free time in the nature, hiking, biking, skiing, climbing, and more. Along with the love for outdoor sports, I also inherited our parents‘ passion for photography. Even though they weren’t professional photographers, I could see how much joy and enthusiasm they found in capturing moments and telling stories through photos. It was this passion that led me to start photography at a young age.
As time passed, my interest in filming and editing grew, and I began to explore that avenue as well. In 2014, my brother and I founded Double-ues, initially as a platform to share our personal work. However, over time, my brother finished his studies and deciced to work in a different area since then I took it over and it evolved into a small company based in Innsbruck, primarily focused on action sports, but also branching out into other areas.
So far, I had the opportunity to work with well-known companies such as Decathlon, Oakley, Red Bull, Rehall Outerwear, Horsefeathers, K2 Snowboarding, Nitro Snowboards, Head and many more. I`m dedicated to capturing the essence of action sports and telling compelling stories through my photography, videography and motion Graphic design.
